The THD89 is a smart card chip with optional contact, contactless, and dual interfaces, making it ideal for payment cards and RFID credit cards.It is based on the ARM 32-bit Secure Core SC000. Use FLASH for the data store. Support ISO/IEC 14443 TYPEA、 ISO/IEC 7816 T＝0, T=1, T=CL for communication. Support DES/3DES、AES、SM1/SM3/SM4、RSA Security algorithm.
