TMC THD89 Java Card

The TMC THD89 series from Unisplendour Microelectronics is the first domestically produced high-security dual-interface chip to pass the international SOGIS CC EAL6+ certification. The core model is THD89 1.0.3, which has a lifespan of 500,000 erase/write cycles and a data retention capability of 25 years. As a type of Java card, it is also widely used in high-security scenarios such as financial payments, 5G eSIM, vehicle networking, and digital identity.

Description

The TMC THD89 Java Card is a secure, high-performance Java card solution suitable for applications such as payment, identity verification, access control, and the Internet of Things (IoT). As a Java smart card platform, the TMC THD89 supports contact, contactless, and dual-interface communication, complies with ISO/IEC 7816 and ISO/IEC 14443 Type A standards, and integrates robust encryption protection including DES, 3DES, AES, RSA, and SM1/SM3/SM4 algorithms. Based on a 32-bit ARM secure core, it uses FLASH storage and supports Java Card 3.0.4, offering strong compatibility and reliable security.
