The THC20 Java Smart Card from TMC is an 8-bit CPU contact smart card IC with 132 KB FLASH memory. It integrates hardware DES, TRNG, and CRC, ensuring secure transactions and reliable data protection. The chip is particularly well-suited for Business Prepaid Cards, providing stable performance for balance management, transaction storage, and secure authentication. It also supports basic smart SIM card implementations for telecom operators and MVNOs, as well as other general-purpose IC card applications.
