Storage Capacity and Structure
User Storage Area: 16 Kbit (i.e., 2 KB), divisible into 16 independent application zones. This supports the parallel usage of multiple users and applications, thereby enhancing resource utilization efficiency.
Configuration Area: 256 bytes, used for storing critical configuration data such as the chip serial number, cryptographic keys, and manufacturer information.
The storage medium is EEPROM, featuring non-volatility, a high erase/write endurance (up to 100,000 cycles), and a data retention capability of 10 years.

Security Mechanisms
64-bit Dynamic Symmetric Bidirectional Authentication Protocol: Enables mutual authentication between the chip and the reader/writer device, preventing cloning and unauthorized access.
Four independent key sets and eight sets of dual 24-bit passwords: Support multi-level privilege management and access control.
Encrypted Verification and Stream Encryption: Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data during transmission.
Tear Protection and Voltage/Frequency Monitoring: Prevent data corruption during abnormal operations or power loss.

Supports Dual-Protocol Communication:
— I²C Synchronous Serial Interface (5 MHz speed), suitable for rapid integration into embedded systems.
— ISO 7816-3 Asynchronous T=0 Protocol, compliant with international smart card standards and suitable for contact-based IC card applications.
