Storage capacity is 1K × 8Bit (1024 bytes) EEPROM, divided into 16 sectors, each sector containing 4 data blocks (64 bytes in total).
Each sector supports two independent keys (Key A / Key B) and access control bits, achieving multi-application permission isolation, suitable for multi-function card designs.
2. Security Mechanism
Built-in encryption control and communication logic circuits, employing proprietary encryption algorithms, and featuring a triple anti-counterfeiting authentication mechanism, providing a high level of security protection.
Although it does not publicly use standard AES or national cryptographic algorithms, its logical encryption structure has been widely verified in practical applications, suitable for scenarios with low to medium security requirements.
Supports anti-collision function, allowing accurate identification even when multiple cards simultaneously enter the read/write area.
3. Physical and Communication Parameters
Operating frequency: 13.56MHz, communication baud rate: 106Kb/s.
Operating distance is typically 1.5–8cm, depending on antenna size and reader power.
Typical transaction time is less than 100ms, and card identification takes only about 3ms (including reset response and anti-collision).
Data retention is up to 10 years, and write/erase cycles can exceed 100,000 times, with some products rated for millions of cycles.
4. Packaging and Compatibility
Standard size is 85.5×54×0.84mm (CR80), typically made of PVC, supporting various customized processes such as printing, hot stamping, and laser marking.
Fully compatible with the MIFARE Classic S50 protocol, seamlessly replacing imported chips, and widely used for domestic upgrades of existing systems.
